Hi, I’m Sandra, a Transformation Coach passionate about helping people unlock their true selves and step into their highest potential.
My own transformational journey began back in 2020 during a time when I felt stuck, disconnected with my job and family, and unsure of how to move forward. Although I had a successful career in the corporate world, achieving Board level status in my employment in 2013, I came to realise in 2020 how deeply unsatisfied and unfulfilled I was and how trapped I felt in this corporate world, like a hamster on her wheel, with no idea when the wheel was going to stop and I could take a breath. Every day felt hard. I was exhausted, mentally, physically and emotionally and I felt as though I was wading through treacle to get anything done.
It wasn’t until I discovered the transformative power of practices like coaching, breathwork, meditation, and energy healing that I began to truly reconnect with my authentic self, understand what I wanted in this life and actually allowed myself to dream.
At the heart of my work is Transformational Coaching, which serves as the foundation for everything I do with clients. Through this coaching process, I intuitively and seamlessly blend tools like breathwork, Reiki, and energy clearing to support deep healing and lasting change. This integrated approach allows me to guide clients toward clarity, confidence, and alignment with their true purpose.
What makes my work unique is the intuitive connection I bring to every session. I have a natural ability to tune into the energy of individuals and groups, sensing what’s needed in the moment and guiding the process in a way that fosters trust and transformation. My goal is to create safe and nurturing environments where you feel deeply seen, heard, and understood—not just on the surface, but at the core of who you are.
